	The Sectional Title Centre provides a central point for Managing agents and Trustees of self managed Sectional Title schemes - to communicate with, and provide access to: an ongoing library of information for all owners in Sectional Title complexes and Home Owners associations. Financial reports, Annual financial statements, Notices, Minutes, Rules, Insurance policies and Newsletters are loaded to the site when received from the Managing agent or Trustees. These documents can easily be accessed by owners once they have registered on the website with their personal details and building information. Besides having access to information pertaining to your building or portfolio, there is also a user forum where interaction can take place amongst all subscribers to assist each other with issues that have arisen within their various complexes. Another valuable benefit is the online Guideline by Basil Smit, Townhouse Living – a well-indexed book for quick reference in layman’s terms.
