The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) requires every legal entity in South Africa to prepare, lodge and publish (including on any web site you have) a PAIA Information Manual. All legal entities have until 31 December 2011 to prepare and lodge their PAIA Information Manual.

The definition of legal entity is very wide and includes Bodies Corporate.

For the above price manuals tailor made for Bodies Corporate will be prepared in terms of the requirements of Section 51 of The Act. The manuals will then be delivered electronically in PDF format ready for signature and electronic lodgement to The Human Rights Commission before the deadline.
